RT Prime guarantees that we will deliver on time and on budget. If for some reason your final product is not satisfactory, we will have it fixed or replaced at our expense.

• We will replace any defective part via Fedex International Priority or UPS International Express at no charge to the customer.
• We will employ local resources to repair any defective parts free of charge.
• We will cover all costs for customers to have replacement parts made locally if our expedited lead time for sending replacement parts is unacceptable.
• We will issue a full refund if the rejected parts are no longer required.
